This smoothie bowl is about as green as they come – but not as bitter or tart as you would expect.

It’s totally fat free, rich in vitamins and minerals, and packed with electrolytes to nourish you after a sweaty workout.

Just blend:

Half a banana

A handful of spinach

3 peeled Kiwi Fruit

1.5-2 teaspoons of Chia seeds

A child’s spaghetti portion of wheatgrass

200 ml (or more) of coconut water.

Blend, decorate however you desire and enjoy!
